Friends Meeting Friends is a joyful evening celebration that brings WCFS parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and friends together in support of our school. This annual gathering blends fellowship, fun, and philanthropy to strengthen the connections in our community while raising funds that directly support our students and programs. Join us for this adults-only, annual tradition that reflects the warmth, spirit, and togetherness of WCFS.

Friends Meeting Friends is free to attend because we want everyone in our community to join us. We do ask all guests to RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Auction Information
Guests will enjoy a curated selection of items for live and silent auction. There will be something for every taste and budget.
About the Event
Friends Meeting Friends Auction and Gathering (FMF) is a fundraiser, but more importantly, we want it to be a fun night for our community, where much of the fundraising is rooted in activities designed to bring people together.
The evening also includes a brief program, live music, and a live and silent auction to support WCFS.
Beer, wine, and a light dinner and dessert will be provided.

Highlights from Last Year's Event
We are delighted to share that the 2026 Friends Meeting Friends Gathering & Auction was a wonderful success. Thanks to the energy and generosity of our community, the evening was filled with connection, laughter, and meaningful support for West Chester Friends School.
A highlight of the night was our tribute to the Rudibaugh family, whose legacy of service and generosity continues to shape WCFS. Their presence made the moment especially meaningful, and we are deeply grateful to all who joined us in honoring them.
Together, our community raised more than $20,000 in support of the next phase of Campus Refresh, our multi‑phase capital improvement initiative designed to enhance learning spaces and strengthen our campus for years to come.
